#1 - Terms of Service

1. If you're going to commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service.2. Payment must always be up front (full payment + 48 hours deadline).3. No refunds except when I haven't started the commission or I am unable to finish it.
Please be sure before ordering a commission.4. Only changes in the coloring or sketch stages. Changes in the coloring stage that are not about colors will cost extra.5. Let me know if you want updates in your commission. You have 5 revisions per artwork.6. Do not do any big edits on my art in any circumstances. If you want any edit, let me do it for you. But if it's something that makes me uncomfortable, it's an instant blacklist+block.7. Disrespectful clients will get blocked. If you contact me on a different account, you will be blacklisted.8. I can turn down your commission for any reason. Forcing me to draw something out of my I will not draw list or something that makes me uncomfortable is an instant decline.9. The commission can take around 1 week to 2 months, depending on the complexity.10. If you want an artwork by a certain deadline, you have to pay extra and tell me before I accept the commission.11. The commission can be used for commercial purposes. But please let me know if you do.
Pay 40% more of the original price.12. You are not allowed to send references through links. Only PNG files are accepted to ensure safety.13. You are not allowed to use my art for NFT or AI.14. Payment will be via PayPal, Ko-Fi. or VGen.15. If you break any of these rules you will be blocked and blacklisted.
